On this page you will find links where you can download and print out all the forms required to enter the Hastings Open Bowls Tournament and the highly popular End of Season Triples Competition. They are in PDF, Word or Excel format.
Once you've printed out and filled in the appropriate forms, simply send them to the Hastings Open Bowls Tournament at the following address, enclosing the appropriate entry fee(s) where applicable:
